Terms of Service.

1. The short version

These terms cover your use of the Wilkin Hanaway studio sites and experiences — including The Circadian Lens daily-film practice. By using the site or signing up for reminders, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. This is a practice, not medical care

The Circadian Lens offers short films and reflective prompts for personal contemplation. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a licensed provider or your local emergency services. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or cures anything.

3. Private beta

The service is in invite-only beta and provided “as is.” Features, content, and availability may change or end at any time, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access.

4. Emails

If you sign up, you consent to receive a daily reminder email and occasional service messages. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you can pause or change your reminders anytime from your account.

5. Your reflections

Reflections you write are kept privately for you. If you explicitly tick “share these words on the page,” you grant us permission to display that reflection anonymously — never with your name or email — and you can ask us to remove it at any time. You keep ownership of your words.

6. Our content

The films, writing, designs, and other materials are owned by Wilkin Hanaway or used with permission. They’re for your personal viewing — please don’t copy, redistribute, or re-host them.

7. Privacy

We store the minimum needed to run the service — your email, reminder preferences, and any check-ins you make. We don’t sell your data. Email is sent via our delivery provider; data is stored with our hosting and database providers.

You’re in control of it. From your account page you can download a copy of your data at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and everything tied to it — your check-ins, your words, and your sign-in — yourself, with no need to ask. You can also email admin@impactcontent.co and we’ll do either for you.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilkin Hanaway is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
